This English version is provided for convenience and is pending professional legal review. In case of any discrepancy, the Indonesian version prevails.
These Terms govern the rights and obligations between the operator of K-PICK ("the Service") and its users. By using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.
1. Service content
Information related to variety content, the community, predictions (polls), and other features provided by the operator. The scope may change according to operational policy.
2. User obligations
You must not post content that violates the law, contains pornography or defamation, use automation for unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Service. Violations may result in restriction or removal.
3. Disclaimer
Users are responsible for the content they upload. The Service is provided "as is" within the limits of the law; indirect damages may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
4. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be amended when necessary; changes are announced through the Service in a reasonable manner.
