K-PICK ("the Service") respects user privacy and complies with applicable regulations. This policy explains what information is collected and why. Details may be updated; changes are announced within the Service.
1. Data we collect
On social login: identifiers, email (optional), and part of your profile. During use: nickname, posts, prediction history, session information for your device, and similar data may be stored.
2. Purpose of use
Account identification, providing the service and statistics, abuse prevention, notifications and dispute handling, and meeting legal obligations.
2a. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Service is used (pages visited, events such as login or joining a poll). This helps us improve the product. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings; most features remain usable.
3. Retention and deletion
Data is deleted once its purpose is fulfilled or after the period required by law. After account deletion or restriction, the minimum data needed for operations may be retained.
4. Contact
For privacy questions, use the contact channels within the Service. Responses may be delayed according to operational policy.
